A rainy day in Kanazawa. It rained like that all day. Got my money's worth from the weather sealing that day. Kanazawa by Jamie Moulton, on Flickr

But it's not hitting max ISO, nowhere near it. Max ISO is set to 1600 and it's giving me shots at ISO 250 that are below the speed limit.

I'm probably missing something simple here, but having a weird issue with my x100vi... I've set up auto iso 1, 2, and 3 to all have base iso 160 as the minimum, then max iso of 1600, 3200, and 6400 respectively. 1 and 2 have a minimum shutter speed of 1/125. Just tested auto iso 1 on a bright...

It is indeed. At that time of year the trees in the foreground were almost bare and ropey looking, so couldn't get a good wider shot like they showed there. Also I wasn't really fond of the wide straight road.... Fair play to him for running up there! It's quite a hill!

I haven't looked into it but I would guess that the process from wifi will just copy the update to the card, then update from there, so in reality it's no less safe.

Huh, that's a good point. I've never really thought about what IBIS does in that situation.

Another from Shirakawago. The weather was all over the place that day, lots of haze, sunshine, and downpours. Shirakawago by Jamie Moulton, on Flickr

"Shoot without lens" which is under the spanner menu>Button/dial settings. If you care about EXIF, you'll find an option under the "Camera" menu, called "Mount adapter setting", where you can specify the focal length it writes in the EXIF when you shoot "Without a lens". As for the focus...
