sounds like an idiot who's just tyre kicking to make some more money. Dont collect it in person. Just tell them to open a dispute with ebay and do the return through that.

Ok thanks Well I'm paying £14 for 30x20cm prints , so approx a4. Then time to collect it + 2 days wait. Which is why I'm considering printing my smaller prints myself.

Sell them with a border although a3 or a4 are not natural sizes, it is the size a general customer will understand and they will fit off the shelf frames, which are far more reasonable cost wise.
