Hmm I was just speaking from my experience - I have the 200 2.8 and 24-105L and the 50 1.4 - and they worked fine on my Z7.

Here's the thing - I've had the R5 before, got bored and sold it, and decided to go with Leica for the SL2. But the AF is just not quite.. there. So once I've sold the Leica, I'm going to put those funds into either a Z8 or an R5. R5 is great, and I've still got a few good lenses for Canon...

That’s a good point actually.. I’ve been spoiled before having the R5 and the 800 F11. There are those who are like…… but seriously that is one insane and great combo, but I’m determined to keep the Leica, sent the R5 to MPB a while back. Forcing myself to get on with the SL2!!

Anyonoe have experience with the 150-600 Sigma? I'm currently on the L 100-400 on my SL2 but need something a bit longer..

SD cards are great.. maybe I’m not quite the clone that SD have been fine for me with my R5. I just found it annoying that certain video modes needed cf.. I hate CF as it’s so big and another dang card reader and expensive.. SD slot have just reappeared on the new MacBooks so please god no… ☺️

Aside from a camera case, I do suggest one of the silicon skins you can get. Plenty on eBay and Amazon, I got a white one for my R5. Keeps it perfect.

If you’ve got a Mac or an iPhone.. takes seconds to do in the photos app on either iPhone or Mac. Just hit edit and then trim either end.
