Hi, & thanks. Had installed, & used without problems, Silver Efex Pro, Imagenomic, Alien Skin. Acquired the complete Google set, & that worked fine too, & all as far as I can tell, are the latest versions = bemused. Any further input will be much appreciated

'Morning, & thanks for the response. No mention of head replacement on the invoice (from official service centre) so far as I know just full service. Only ever use OEM inks, & paper is Ilford Gallerie. Rudolf
