pentax 6x7

I have the Mk1 body of the Pentax 6x7. All now good with it, except I do get uneven frame spacing such that the last frame is sometimes cropped by a bit. Can't find much on this online. Anyone know of any tricks to reduce the spacing? Thanks for any help. Richard
