I'm up in Yorkshire to complete the Yorkshire three peaks challenge tomorrow (24 miles / 38.6km, 5200ft / 1585m of ascent within 12 hours). But prior to attempting that tomorrow - and to prepare for the early start - I dragged myself out of bed at 4am this morning and headed over to Ribblehead...

Fingers crossed I'm hoping you take a stroll around Monsal head in the peak District this Saturday after work. I'm going mainly for the weir on the river wye, hoping for autumn colours and I know there's the viaduct too. Have any if you fine folk been there before, any tips?
