Week 44: night
Our flat overlooks the lake so this a permanent view just waiting for the right weekly topic. My tripod is back in UK so had to stand a chair on a table to get above the rail and use a newly acquired (gas!) remote control to take this. I really enjoyed experimenting with the exposure to get the picture I wanted. I was surprised that sometimes doubling the shutter speed (say1 to 2 seconds) didn’t always impact how I expected but that’s the joy of digital in that you can see straight away and it costs nothing to take another 5 or 10 shots

Week 45: snappers choice and flash. Visited Delft and some of the trams were kitted out with flashing Xmas lights. They were also flashing past ( see what I did there) so tried to capture that motion and got a seasonal Santa as a bonus !

Week 47: ancient
Another church visited. This is the Grote Kerk in Haarlem. Apparently Mozart visited in 1766 when he was 10 and played this organ.
