Really excellent set, what is your set up?

I do use the Pringal Tube hack with a speedlite for the insects.
The flowers are illuminated by small LED lamp to give backlight lighting effective.
The spider was illuminated by 2 LED lamps with one on the hot shoe of the camera and a second on an arm swivel clamped to my tripod. To illuminated the spider web from below and slightly behind.

Camera set is EOS 7Dii with EF 100L f2.8 IS macro lens which I some times use a Kenco extension tube/s
