Possibly Nephus quadrimaculatus a ladybird on my arm not a great photo but a new subject for me and I might not get to see it again now the site is closed.

Sadly this location is now closed - but lockdown goes on - I wish it was the reverse. I did see a hoverfly laying eggs but was called by a family member and so didn't photograph it.
 
The adult hoverfly is a male Epistrophe eligans. Not at all sure about the larva, it has unusually lomg posterior breathing tubes (although this could be because it is quite an extended pose). You could try posting it on the Hoverfly Larvae Facebook page.

Thank you very much - not quite as good as your hoverfly recently though.

Thank you I did and it was Epistrophe eligans - maybe related to the male
