A few shots from 2021 International Landscape Photographer of the Year

Mostly a bit over-processed for me. I think Neil Burnall, formerly of this parish, does Wistman's Wood better. From that set 6,7,9 and 20 would be my picks and may be 15.

7, 11 & 13 for me :)

Not my cuppa at all. It all looks like CGI game art to me. Maybe I play too many games :)

I'd go with massively over use of the PS Orton effect on 5, so the whole wood is covered in thick mist except for that one tree that's your point of focus in the middle.... just doesn't look real at all. A complete lack of subtly about it.

6 is the best of the bunch for me although I do love the texture on 12

There are always some great shots in this competition but find it often rewards over processed unrealistic images

Reckon the Natural Landscape Photography Awards was set up as a counter

They mostly don't look real to me. I suspect the guy that said over processed is right. I'd bet that what is seen in the photo's is not what the camera saw!
