Be wary.
Ordered a Z8 and 85mm f1.2 due to superb prices. UK website, UK telephone number and UK address. Previously purchased other stuff and no issues.
This time the payment failed. So I tried again, failed again.
Did some research, discovered they are a gray import site and then went to WEX and purchased the goods for way more than I originally anticipated.
Fast forward a week and they attempted to charge my account for the failed order TWICE. That would have been a £10k hit on top of the WEX £7k purchase.
None of this is made clear, there's no 'cancel order' functionality and a quick Google suggests that when an order is in *processing* they can't cancel.
I've taken steps to ensure no funds are taken and called them too. To be fair to them, they answered and confirmed they will cancel the orders once their admin systems start working again.
Red flags everywhere!!
