Arachnida (Acari - Mite) - Oribatida - Humerobatidae like Humerobates? Size <1mm

I had 3 extension tubes on my macro lens and I couldn't get any closer - the last is a crop.

Could I ask which extension tubes you use? How do they affect working distance?

Yea - just a tiny bit of nothing on the fence. I was looking for springtails - massive in comparrison!

My daughter bought these for me for a birthday present: LINK

If I put all 3 tubes onto my Venus lens, I can almost be touching the subject, but depth of field is further reduced by adding tubes in any combination.

TBH, which ever ones you go for, they are all much of a muchness as they are only hollow tubes, with no optics.
Just be aware they don't all auto focus though.

Thanks Chris, good point as one lens uses the camera for Aperture info, but both are manual focus
