Albino Barn Owl

Its been a while since I took my big lens out but thought it was worth taking on my holiday to Norfolk in case anything interesting presented itself

While out scouting some landscape locations I spotted 2 owls hunting - so on my return the following morning I brought both my landscape equipment and my wildlife camera / lens.

I was just happy to see one of the owls out hunting, but was over the moon when I realised it was an albino

Yes Gaz - I was photographing the windmill.

Perhaps the same one I photographed there at the beginning of April. Unlikely to be a pair of leucistic ones going about.

It seemed to be doing fine with the hunting Jan - so hopefully it will be fine.
