Hi Guys,

Was out and about in the local area last night with my camera, when i thought i'd give this shot a go with my 200-500mm!

Just wondering your thoughts?

Morning Liam. Right on my doorstep!

I think this composition has potential. A lower, warmer sun so just the spire was catching the light would be my preference. This would give more contrast as the trees would be a little darker but still hold enough detail to not be detrimental to the shot but make the church the sole focal point.

Yeah, i see you're in Kirkby, I'm in one of the new builds on the old colliery in Annesley.

And i agree with you on that! was just a spur of the moment shot. I will take your comments onboard though and they are very much apreciated.

reminds me of the temples in the jungle...its a different take on a steepled building..ie no building
a surreal shot for me
i guess you are pleased with the lens performance
cheers
