You'd think that by the time the 4th pic was taken he'd have figured out that letting go of the rope might be a good idea!!

Great sequence, (y)

I love #4 the way he's sort of peeping out from behind his hand looking at the water.

Was this at Box End ? looks like you can get closer there than at Willen Lake.
Very well done.

Stew.

Thanks Stew. Yes it's from Box End and you can get a bit closer, but the wire is a lot lower than WakeMK, so the tricks and jumps are a lot less than MK :crying:

Great sequence! Sorry to be picky but that's a wakeskate crash.

Thanks, and I stand corrected (y)

lol.... you beat me to it!

But great shots! well done!

Thanks (y)

Box end's shoreline is far, far closer to the cable than WakeMK's. Enough closer that it can sometimes feel as if you'll hit the shore when you're riding. The upside is that a 200mm is more than enough if you're taking shots :p

There's a uniwake thing happening there all weekend (with camping), if you're wanting to get more pictures - I might try to make it to one of the days.

Thank's for that info (y) unfortunately I haven't got enough time to go this weekend but I might try to get to Liquid Leisure for a couple of hours on saturday.

Nigel, I reckon these would make up a great full sequence picture if you paste them all together.:)

Stew.

What lens did you use ?
I do a lot of wake boarding/skating and take pictures, your images are brilliant.

By the looks of the handle this was a cable ski - which one is this ?
