Yes
I want to do some decent wallpaper backgrounds and B&Q have some decent paper. How much is the usual amount to take for a sample? hehe

LOL, If you do it corretly, your should get a few sheets from them. Different days/coats and also enrole a friend.

By the end of it you might even be able to re-decorate a room.

And they try to say scottish people are tight.:LOL::D

I had 6 feet once, amongst other smaller samples, which was conveniently enough to cover a small rough hardboard area at the top of my staircase.

A couple of repeats of the pattern - say 2 - 3 feet. Have a look in their end-of-line bin/basket and see if any of the rolls in there will do, they're often knocking them out for next to nothing.

If you find a nice one, just buy a roll :)

I however, have nicked enough samples (2-3 feet each) to make some original pieces of artwork in big frames, looks the biz :D

you would be supprised what you can walk out with :naughty:

but 6' would be plenty

Nice! I never thought of that.

Will have to pop into B&Q one day

Perhaps Admin should organise a TalkPhotography paper roll group purchase!

You could always find the paper you like then wait for someone else to buy it then be really cheeky and ask them can you have some of their off cuts or would they let you borrow a roll for your photos:LOL:
