B&W Filter

Just a quick one, should I use a B&W filter with Ilford XP2 C41 film? Would this be advantageous? Do other people use filters?

You can use filters with any b/w film.
Red, orange or yellow darken the sky, red being the most dramatic.
Or a polariser, nd's, anything.

You could try a medium yellow to bring up contrast. Use an orange or even a red filter if you want something more dramatic. They're not expensive for 52mm so you could get the set
