Inspired by Chris's rekindled interest in macro, I've been out trying to grab a few shots of Ladybird larvae and pupae. Not many larvae still around but loads of pupae. I have a feeling that most are Harlequins rather than more native varieties but there seems to be at least one that's a bit different to the others, although that might be an age thing. Sorry about the small size - cropped and resized in camera (Fuji X-30).

Spot ( :D ) on Nod, the top is a Harlequin. ( non indigenous pests)
The others are our natives.
