I'm hoping to get some advice on a frustrating situation. I dropped off 2 rolls of film for processing and scanning at Balcony film studios, over a month ago. I haven't received any updates on their status, and I've been unable to reach the lab to get any information. In addition to this I am a paying subscriber, but have received none of the promised benefits.
Here's what I've tried so far:
Has anyone else had similar experiences with Balcony?
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get in touch with them or retrieve my film?

Here's what I've tried so far:
- Phoning: The phone number listed seems to be disconnected.
- Emailing: I haven't received any response to my emails since the initial one with instructions for dropping off the film into the studios black box.
- Visiting: I've tried calling into the lab directly during their regular working hours, but haven't been able to get through via buzzer/ knocking on studio door
- Contact via instagram message has been left unread.
Has anyone else had similar experiences with Balcony?
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get in touch with them or retrieve my film?
