A lovely shot and these`s one`s are very nicely coloured.
One niggle, It`s a bit of a tight shot/crop, I`d have liked to have seen a bit more around the top, left and bottom but I know it`s not always possible.

Hi Graham, unfortunately, that is full frame. - I had a Raynox attached to my 70-200 f4 at the time, so little choice of framing the picture!

I'd call that a Hummingbird Hawkmoth

That was a Broad Bordered Bee Hawkmoth, which has transparent wings and is more colourful.....................This is a Hummingbird Hawk Moth:
