Panasonic G9 and 100-400mm full zoom across the fields plus cropping.
Not the best quality but it was fun to capture.

Then there are the back and neck injuries with dislocations, fractures and even tetraplegia! Not for me, thanks. Knowing my luck, all that would bounce back would be my lower legs because my knees have given way and parted company with them, leaving the rest of me to plunge, legless, to a rather messy death on the rocks below.
To bungee jumping, I add parachuting, caving, diving, swimming in anything other than a swimming pool, rock-climbing and indeed anything at a height over eight feet off the ground (I'm so afraid of heights, I sometimes wish I weren't so tall).
I am now seventy years old, I think if I wasn't so risk averse, I may never have got this far. I prefer a dull, but long life, thank you.

Odd isn’t it Martin, I’ve done all those things during my life, and one or two more!

Nice photos.
I have done two bungee jups and would recomend it to anyone.
That being said I went to Zambia where they have the one at Victoria Falls and decided against it as I didn't feel it was as well maintained as I would have liked. That was a week before the Austrlian had her bungee snap there! Just goes to show erm, somthing, Use common sense when doing damm fool things I guess.
My second jump was a Princes Risboroughin a pub car park. I drove past in the morning on my way to work and saw a chalk board outside saying "bungee jumping here from 6pm" or words to that effect and simply popped in for a pint and bungee on my way home.

Hello,

My name is Erin Langworthy, an Australian backpacker, and I had a bungee accident in 2012 wherein the cord snapped just as it was rebounding. I have read your post above and am suing you for not doing a bungee jump when you could have. If you had done the jump, the cord would have snapped on the person previous to me and I would have been unharmed!!

Yours Erin

You've made me think now. It was May 2011 I was there. It felt so soon after that the accident happened but it was quite a few months. In fact I solo cycled London to Paris took up paragliding and sea kayaking before her accident. Time plays tricks on the mind.
The most dangerous thing I do these days is drive to the office!
