Clearly I'm not a landscape photographer, but we had a nice day out at the Elan Valley yesterday. I took the old Nikon d700 on account of I was driving rather than cycling.

when I look through my images in LR, (I've now got almost 40,000 - I know, I know!!), some that stand out to me are images taken with the D700 I had a few years ago

Thanks Bill. It's a heavy old thing but a joy to use, and I do like its simplicity - albeit there's still plenty of settings for me to get wrong!
