Canary Wharf from Blackwall Basin Long Exposure

It is nicely shot but for it is lacking a little contrast especially in the water I know it was a dull day. It also needs some of the stuff down the left edge cropped/cloned out to tidy it up.
 
I'm not a fan of long exposure water shots and I cannot see what benefit it brings to this image.

I agree with Alf that the LH side needs cropping or tidying up, and I'd also crop off 50% of the sky.
