I'm unusual in that I love little blocks of Parmesan. Certainly in our house, no one else finds it edible like that.

Nice set up, good to see a food photo that's not been "enhanced" with hairspray, oil, and other unmentionables to get a glossy look, so you've got some great textures Now that I've seen it, top right corner is a bit of a distraction though.

Thanks Alan. You're right about the top corner - the design of the chopping board changes just there. I didn't spot it early enough and the cheese would have turned into a gooey mess if I tried to move it and start again.
