The TP 52 - 2025 Cloudforest's 52 for 2025 Week 2 Cold

That looks nice - the photo and the food. I like the curve of the dish.

Nice one Pete :)

I really like the complimentary colours - composition is nice too.

Loving those white boats in the stormy red sea

As Tim said, the tight crop makes this for me, although personally I'd have preferred a wider dof, but it does work well

Thanks Paul.
Nice work. I like the DOF - a narrow band in the middle which is pin sharp.
Much appreciated Bob.

Nicely composed Pete.
Thanks Simon.

Cheers Dave.

nice foodie pic good start to the 52
Thanks Allan.

Always nice to see a tight crop as an artistic choice. Works well.
Cheers for that Tim.

Thanks Lindsay. I might have tried a bit more DoF but it was getting dark and I couldn't find the plate to attach my camera to the tripod. So it had to be hand held at a high ISO. :)

A nice winter scene :)

A nice chilly church shot Pete.
Thanks Simon.

Lovely wintery shot!!
Cheers Bob.

You can tell this is Wide Angle :)
Thanks Tim. I did go particularly wide for this one.

Even in summer, churches seem cold inside to me, so a double tick!
Thanks Alan.

Nice little church and very wintery
Much appreciated Allan.

Very chilly scene in more than one way with those icy graves.
Thanks Ryan.

Your first shot is so vibrant and sharp - you need to write a cook book to put it in!

Love the sun catching the top of the church in your second shot

Looks a bit chilly, nice light on the church. Not many grave stones there or have they been removed

Thanks Keith. There are head stones all over the church yard and some graves without a head stone. I think the wide angle accentuates that bit of blank space :)
