copyright infringment

ive just had a picture taken down on a black and white picture site for copyright infringement, the wierd thing is i took the picture, but apparently i stole it off some geezer called Brendan Mulachy on talk photography, they couldnt undertand that its a pseudonym and i was one and the same person ...for the record, and to clear up any problems in the future...my names Dave , anyways its their loss
