Hi all

Poor fly has a dented eye and a close up of Caterpillars back, with what looks like eggs on its back??
The Caterpillar is around 4mm wide for scale referance.

Thank you, I've been wondering myself, I've seen it once before, I can only assume distortion unless the impact(?) has blinded that eye.

Nice close ups , poor Caterpillar , guessing that`s going to be some kind of Parasite laid those eggs , which likely will eat the poor thing a live .....I hate Parasites !
