No idea of what it has caught, there was another on same plant with a bee.

Will have to find out, someone told me he had spotted one on a flower head so I went looking for it, this was a day later and there are two now.

btw, these spiders can change colour according to their surroundings/plant.
Also that Spider could be Misumena vatia (Crab spider)

Definitely a crab spider fly might be this one.
