Crested Tits

Crested Tits can only be found in Northern Scotland, mainly in the ancient Caledonian pine forests and Scots Pine plantations.
I spent an amazing few hours in the company of these wee beauties the other day.
I'll certainly be going back again

They spend most of Summer on the tree tops and come down to feed at this time of year.
They can be quite flighty but can come relatively close
