Currently using IPHONE 13 PRO to film, over my Canon 5dmk3 - What DSLR/MRLS is current?

So some work come up to film social media content for a local firm, my 5dmk3 was not up to the cut, lacking focus tracking and more.

I got a used IPHONE 13 PRO and DJI gimbal and it's great.

But if I wanted to move up at some point and used a bigger camera to film and get the results I need, what would be the best body?

I don't want to move to mirrorless, as I like the weight of DSLR, weight is an advantage imo.

Would the 5dmk4 be any better for filming?

My lens famly sits in the Canon DSLR basket, don't want to start buying all new again. Or adapters.
 
How about a 6Dii? I’m not expert in video at all, but would think the swivel touch-screen and improved dual-pixel focusing would be handy.

 
Most important factor for me would be focus tracking and smart focus all round.
 
At the end of the day, mirrorless cameras are going to be much better at the sort of things you require than a DSLR. The Canon RF mount mirrorless cameras and pretty much any recent model of Sony Mirrorless camera all have excellent focus tracking. I don't know how a DSLR weighing maybe 200g more than an equivalent mirrorless is going to have any impact on the quality of your video, but the improved focus and tracking abilities of a mirrorless camera will

If you want the best focussing, then the answer is mirrorless, you’re gonna have to get over the irrational fear.
