South-East England Eastbourne airshow

Eastbourne can anyone recommend best place on cliffs for flying towards you? I'll be on the beach and up on the watch tower for 2 days but want some shots of flying out of display. I'm thinking near the memorial any thoughts?

I was tempted with a spot at Beachy head for a change.

Does anyone know if there are limits/requirements for spots on the pier? Last year the planes came pretty close to the pier.
