Family Documentary

In days of yore I used to belong to a very large forum, can't remember the name but doesn't seem to exist now, and my favourite thread by far was family documentary, there was some fabulous stuff in there esp the B&W, one contributor in particular was just superb. So not portraits, just everyday life, and I can't seem to see a similar page on here, so, I'll start one.

Ah cool not just me then, it was an amazing thread wasn't it, the American chapo who contributed, and set up the page from memory, could have sold books of his stuff it was that good...

Agreed this is a brilliant idea. You can practice photography and document your family at the same time.

It is a great way to make use of some great opportunities or dead time, and they be awesome source material. Plus, they're just great memories to keep.
