Been messing with Lighting and setups recently, I will get round to posting details of tests and have a comparison at some point.

Nice set Bryn..

I think the first one came out particularly well with a solid composition, good clarity, detail and DOF coverage, with a clean break between the in-focus and out-of-focus wings that works well. Looking closely at that in-focus/out-of-focus boundary, I think I'm seeing an intermittent artefact line over the out-of-focus wing, floating out to the left of and separated from the in-focus wing.

You are correct my Zerene skills are very limited at the moment but am learning, yes missed that will re-do at some point but for scale on internet its fine for now
