I am looking to travel to Brighton tomorrow and am low on film stock. Any suggestions where I can get some over there? Preferably color films.

They usually have film - the only exception is when a new term starts and students can clear them out. They also carry chemicals and paper if you need any. Some films can also be bought from Zoingimage in Sydney Street (North Laine area, walk down Trafalgar Street if coming in via the railway)

The mention of colour triggers another source of film - Colourstream at the bottom of St James' Street (by bottom, the end at the Steine). They also do film processing (or used to) on the premises with a 1 hour turn round on colour negative film (voice of experience) and black and white.
