Shame we're losing some of Mrs Fly due to the leaf in the foreground, but its quality insect pornography in my book

Not bad Eileen, I say use f11 1/200 and flash but diffuse the flash, take a look at the show us your macro rig thread in here for some ideas. They are flesh flies and should get a room

Thanks for your comment Alby . I had camera at F10 1/.180 built in flash hand held but it was a wee bit breezy at the time .....and will .have a look at the thread
