Nice. I like the crops/compositions and the spot on focusing, and very well done with the hoverfly in flight.

Do you think they might be a bit lighter? It's a matter of personal taste of course. FWIW here is what I got when I played briefly.

Cheers Nick, I do like them a bit lighter but wasn't a big fan of the noise that accompanied raising them that much. It was such a grey miserable day when I shot these I guess the dark tones made more sense to me when I was editing although I'm the only one who would have known that. Might see if I can find a middle ground and a bit more noise reduction.
