Found an ant-mimic wasp half way down the garden waste bin

Problem was it was way down the inside so took some getting to as I had to half lean in!

I agree 100% lovely but not an ant the antenna are wrong and it is an ovipositor.
Far more interesting than 99% of ant species in the UK though.
