Hi Thats a grat result

I just bought this lens a few weeks back. Finding it hard work to get this close plus geeting enough dof and light. I have/use a 6d. I just read on your Flickr that you used a crop sensor I never thought to do that. I assume that would get me closer in ? From further back ? MY Daughter as my first camera Canon 450d maybe I could ry that.

either switch to manual focus or use focus override ,extension tubes would also help far more than using a older camera ,a flash is a must though mine was taken in natural light .trying to remember what i have forgotten as i haven't done macro for 6 or 7 years

Nice shot, though it would have been even better with the head in focus too.
