Wild Glow worms

This is the time of year we get glow worms in the garden (we live near a nature reserve).

They are difficult to photograph, the tail is vey bright but doesn't really cast much light. This was taken last night in moonlight so a little of the insect shows. Long exposure is out as they wave their tails constantly to attract males (any resemblance to females of our species in this respect is purely coincidental).
