Help for a new Lightroom user please

Good evening,
I have recently starting using Lightroom Classic and have appeared to have made a bit of a booboo. I have been playing around with some images in the develop module, returned to the Library and a box appeared. One of the options was "Remove images from Lightroom..." which I clicked on and now can't get them back. They are still on my hard drive but when I open the folder in the Lightroom Library, they do not appear. Can I get them back into Lightroom? I didn't know it would it would remove them totally.

Should be able to just import them again.

As Lee said, they have been removed from the lightroom library, which is why you can't see them. Use the import tool to navigate to the folder where you originally uploaded them from and they should still be there. Even if you delete pictures from disc in LR, they should go to the recycle bin, rather than being completely removed.

Which suggests you used the delete from disk option rather than remove from Lightroom. I’ve done the same.
