Thank you very much - I have spent years trying to photograph flying hoverflies.

A piece of advice to anyone interested in macrophotography buying a house. Try to buy one with a big garden that has a small patio and goes upwards steeply (sadly not mine I would need £400K to buy that where I live!). However I know people with such gardens and it really makes macro photography so much easier - unless you have elastic knees!

I'm afraid it's usually a case of "I nearly got a picture of a hoverfly" for me.

1. See hoverfly.
2. Raise camera to eye.
3. Wonder where hoverfly has gone.
