Probably a daft thread but I've just got my first kodak kodachrome 64 slides back....

Wow! How sharp is that stuff! The detail is fantastic!

If any of you fancy a go with it just do it!

Yeah, some were on the 50mm f1.8 mk2 and some on the sigma 24-70mm f2.8.

they look so much more better on the light box though, need to look at my scanning technique! i'm missing somthing...

Kodachrome is great stuff on the right subject, I keep posting this shot over the months (on different forums) with Kodachrome 25 taken about 38 years ago (well the boy is 41 now):-

I agree, Kodachrome is great stuff, it was the first slide film I ever used. It's just a shame they are discontinuing it. And I know it's old fashioned in the world of digital and scanning but I still get a buzz out of getting the old projector out and seeing them 4ft across :D
