I'll have another go at this - utter failure to progress in previous years, and being the MC now confers no advantage as even I don't know which theme I'm going to select until Thursday midday-ish each week!

Nicely done boss. From that angle you don't really notice the raspberry going oof until you hit the worktop.
Indeed, I did play with the aperture a lot to manage the dof to limit any oof bits, as I couldn't be bothered to set up any lights. Thank heavens for Olympus ibis! It was a good exercise though, reminding me to get the garage sorted out so I can set up my tabletop studio kit and leave it in place.

THBBBBBBT... as thge cartoon characters say.

Nice one :)

Lovely stuff - and agreed on the ibis!

After having missed photographing the big snow and cold earlier in the week, I managed to at least grab this with my phone camera. I had another idea I was thinking of trying for Cold, but time is against me, so this will have to suffice: Cold Mountains:

The beauty of living in the wilderness ;)
Quite like that. Reminds me of some vistas when skiing.
It was quite something when covered in snow...but it melted off within a day.

Thanks everyone for your kind comments - too many to mention individually, which has been really nice.
The location for the Cold shot was in the dunes behind Murlough beach and nature reserve, just outside Newcastle on the east coast of NI, looking up to the Mountains of Mourn. I've not gone into the hills walking yet but most certainly will be. From Youtube videos I've seen, it looks a beautiful, wild and moor-like environment, not as mountainous as the Pyrenees but there are some pretty harsh areas and steep hillsides. I know how lucky I am to live here, but then again it was a deliberate choice to move here 10 months ago having got to know the place through working here a few years ago.
