Critique Llangorse Lake at sunset

I used to live very nearby, a lovely part of the country.

I like the image, it's a good composition and also some lovely light away in the distant valley as well as on the foreground. I find the whites in the sky a bit hot and a little distracting. That's not an easy battle to win.


Nice work and well worth a re visit, time and again. (y)
 
Thanks Dale - yes I had a play with the whites but bringing them down starts to introduce that dirty looking cloud effect which I hate even more. I did take multiple exposures so will see if I can use luminosity masking to control it a bit :)
