Anyone else end up with the entire local environmental society watching them tog on macro outings? I had quite the crowd yesterday :LOL:

These are all from late afternoon yesterday / early morning today visits to my local nature reserve. Still no dragon or damselflies other than the one that landed on my arm which wasn't really the shot I was looking for. Also discovered that grasshoppers are incredibly challenging to a) find and b) get a shot of before they ping off into the distance. Anyway - C&C always welcome... I was trying to pay more attention to my backgrounds. I'm using a Nikon D7000, Tamron 90mm and the pringle flash diffuser on an SB600 speedlight.
