Luminar Neo

Merry Christmas all,

Just treated myself to Luminar Neo, lifetime price too good to pass up.

Can see the xmas break being trial n error while I work through it, hopefully not a steep learning curve.

I seem to remember buying a lifetime package for Luminar, then they ditched it for Luminar AI which was not included in that lifetime price. Then they ditched that for Neo.

Yes, I got trapped by this too. Plus what I saw didn't really seem like a full-featured post-processor, more something where you could try on various styles for size (IIRC). I regret every penny I spent on it. Long gone from my system!

Yep got me a few years ago too. Awful company

It's quite clear when you buy it that you have the standard software for life with I believe two years of updates after which the updates stop but you still have everything up to that point.

For a one off price I think it's pretty decent. Suits my needs anyway. I refuse to pay monthly for LR, PS etc. Hey ho, horses for courses.
