Saw Fly of the family Rhogogaster, alas can't be more specific as there are 3 very similar looking species

Excellent set David, the one you don't know is an aphid that looks like is has a parasite infection.
 
The top fly is an Empidid somewhere around Rhamphomyia and the 4th one down is a female Chrysopilus cristatus - a Rhagionid. These are very common at the moment in damp places such as round ponds and in ditch edges.
