Mint moth aka pyrausta aurata
I'd never seen (or maybe that should be noticed) one of these till a couple of years ago but now they're very common in my garden. They fade with age, becoming more brown with lighter wing spots, but this one is quite fresh. On the ox eye daisies which aren't quite in flower yet, though the wild ones up the lane are.
