Help! Moderator message

A moderator message just popped up and then vanished and i have been unable to reply. Please advise how I find this message and respond. Thanks

This is just a message for those reading the hot topics section. The message is:

We have had a spate of people using the Report feature to try to get other posters "in trouble" like infants telling teacher just because they don't like the views of the poster.
We will look on reports of that nature VERY unfavourably

It's nothing to worry about.
