Had an early morning trip out to Mam Tor in the Peak District last Sunday. I was thinking the weather conditions could lead to a cloud inversion but to no avail. It was totally clear apart from a bit of haze.
When I've been there before, there have always been a few walkers and photographers knocking about but last Sunday, for whatever reason, there must have been around two hundred people there watching the sun come up. I've never seen it so busy. Most people went on their way shortly after sunrise but at least it gave me a few more subjects in lieu of the low level mist I was hoping for.
